As part of Orientation 2026 at Punjab Engineering College, students attended an engaging speaker session by Mr. Radheshyam Sharma, Youth Counselor, Leadership Coach and Co-Founder of EVOLVE Club. An M.Tech graduate in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee and a former software developer at Oracle, Mr. Sharma brings over a decade of experience in youth development, mentoring and leadership. His work focuses on helping young minds build character, clarity, confidence and a sense of purpose. The session offered students an opportunity to reflect beyond academics, exploring themes of personal growth, focus, emotional intelligence, values, leadership and navigating the challenges of modern life. Through an interactive approach combining contemporary leadership principles with timeless wisdom, the session encouraged students to develop stronger self-awareness, build meaningful habits and approach their college journey with clarity and purpose. A meaningful conversation on growing not just as students and future professionals, but as individuals prepared to lead purposeful lives.
