With profound grief, I announce the sad and untimely demise of Er Raj Kumar Dhawan PEC63 E in Delhi on May 12, 2021. He was gem of a person and very pleasing personality with ever smiling face and was friend  of friends. Time flies but sweet memories are everlasting. His face is very vivid in my mind when he was my classmate in PEC Chandigarh 1959-1963 in Electrical Engineering. God bless his soul may Rest In Peace and give strength to the bereaved families.
