After retirement as Wireless Adviser to the Govt. of India, served as internationally elected Member of the Radio Regulations Board of International Telecommunication Union (UN Body for ICTs), upto end 2014. Was also elected as Vice-Chairman of the Board for 2012, and Chairman of the Board for 2013. The regulation & management of this hightly critical and valuable RF Spectrum Resource for various telecom services, including satellite and terrestrial based applications has been my main work area.
